    Youngest to record a triple double

    At just 20 years and 20 days old, LeBron recorded the first triple double of his career and became the youngest in NBA history to have a triple double. (He tallied 27 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists against Portland Trail Blazers on January 19, 2005).

    Youngest to reach 20,000 point milestone

    Usually you see Kobe Bryant setting these kind of scoring records but last month James stole one of his record and became the youngest (at the age of28 years and 17 days) to reach the 20,000 point mark.

    MVP, finals MVP, championship and Olympic gold medal in same year

    LeBron James had a great run in 2012. In last year, he won Most Valuable Player award, finals MVP award, a championship and a gold medal in Olympics as well. This make him one of the only two player to get all these honors in one year.

    On August 8, 2012, LeBron James put up a triple double with 11 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists. This made him the first United States basketball player to tally a triple double in Olympics.

    He is among those few players precisely 13 players, who have crossed both 20,000 point and 5,000 assists mark in their career. He crossed both these marks on January 16, 2013.
