    Flopping means trying to trick a ref by exaggerating a contact and pretending that you have been fouled when actually you are don’t. Flopping has been a real issue of concern in NBA over the years. In 2012, NBA outlined a new flopping policy to prevent the league from such deceit and unsportsmanlike conduct.
