Russell Westbrook became only the fourth player in NBA history to have 100 career triple-doubles as Oklahoma City Thunder cruised to a 119-107 victory against the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday.

Thunder’s point guard had 32 points, 12 rebounds and 12 assists in the game. He now joins Oscar Robertson (181), Magic Johnson (138) and Jason Kidd (107) as the only men to get 100 or more career triple-doubles. Westbrook is also third-fastest to reach the milestone with 736 games. Oscar Robertson accomplished the feat in his 227th game while Magic Johnson picked up his 100th triple-double in his 656th game.

Russell Westbrook continued to build off his momentum from last season. He averaged a triple-double last season, which also earned him NBA MVP award. Tuesday night’s triple-double marks his third consecutive and 21st of the season. He is leading the triple-double category this season while LeBron James sits in second place with 14 triple-doubles.

“Oh man, just an unbelievable blessing,” said Westbrook. “I never take it for granted. The group of guys that’s ahead are Hall of Famers. I’m just happy to be a part of the crew with those guys.”

On Tuesday’s game, Thunders rallied from a 12 point deficit in halftime to get the victory. With 5:18 remaining, Hawks’ Taurean Prince hit a 3-pointer and tied the game at 103. However, Thunder dominated the rest of the way thanks to the performances of Westbrook and Jerami Grant. Carmelo Anthony delivered the final blow with his sixth 3-pointer of the game.

For Hawks, Prince had 25 points and 8 rebounds while Dennis Schroder scored 18 points and dished out 8 assists.
